At SehatPlus, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellation and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and may not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Order cancelled before shipping

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as sanitary pads and personal hygiene items are not eligible for return once opened or used.
